Cancellations Notice For Both New and Existing Pupils

24hrs notice must be given via text, failing this the pupil risks being charged for the lesson. This is so that our time slots are not wasted and the notice of 24hrs should give us time to allocate the slot to a pupil who is on the waiting list. By having less last minute cancellations we can continue to pass on our genuine 2hr discounts!
